I have just posted a poll about what you all think is the best off season move made so far. Go ahead and submit your vote by making your selection from the right side menu bar (scroll down a bit if you don’t see it). If you think of a good move that I haven’t listed feel free to post a comment here and let me know what you think is the best off season move.

The Devils holding on to Elias for an average of 6 million per year against the cap. Not sure any other team had such an elite player hit the open market and retain him for a reasonable cap price.

Well, it definately wasn’t Kubina for 5 million per. What a rip-off. I would have to say the best move was the Flames acquiring Tanguay. Finally, an elite sniper and playmaker to play with Jarome. And it only cost them some picks and Leopold, who was in Sutter’s doghouse and will now be missing the start of the season. Way to go Sutter!

It has to be Vancouver managing to get Luongo for the troubled underacheiving Todd Bertuzzi.

I might be biased, but i love what the Bruins have done this offseason. Chara, Savard, and Donovan are great leaders and great players. Boston has alot of young talent and they need some leadership, But these signings mean nothing unless they can get back to the playoffs.

I would have to say the Nucks getting something good for Bertuzzi

Bertuzzi may bite them in the ass at some point in time, but his days were numbered for awhile.

He had more bad PR then just with the Moore situation.
